Sunday School

At Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, our Sunday School Ministry is dedicated to “Growing in Knowledge, Anchored in Love” through the study of God’s Word. Online each Sunday beginning at 7:30 a.m., adults and young adults gather both in person and virtually to explore scripture, deepen their faith, and foster meaningful Christian fellowship. Together, we seek to grow in spiritual understanding and actively live out God’s love in service to others.

Our Youth and Children’s Sunday School is currently offered for home study, with weekly lessons provided below. We are committed to supporting families as they guide the next generation in their spiritual growth. 

In Sunday School, we go beyond simply learning about the Bible—we embrace its transformative power in every aspect of life. Grounded in the truth that God’s Word speaks to our deepest needs and highest aspirations, we are committed to allowing scripture to shape our thoughts, anchor us in love, and inspire us to action.

Dear Shiloh Parents,  

Unit III, ‘Fulfilling Our Obligations to God and Society presents five lessons on the Christian’s duty to the wider society, all framed within our ultimate allegiance to God in Christ. The second through fourth lessons in this unit explore biblical perspectives on labor- both individual and continual-while offering warnings against the dangers of overwork.  Three lessons underscore the necessity and joy of rest, recreation, retreat, and the setting apart of holy time. The last lesson highlights the importance of regularly gathering before the Lord to offer thanks for all good gifts received from God’s hand.
