Sunday School

At Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, our Sunday School Ministry is dedicated to “Growing in Knowledge, Anchored in Love” through the study of God’s Word. Online each Sunday beginning at 7:30 a.m., adults and young adults gather both in person and virtually to explore scripture, deepen their faith, and foster meaningful Christian fellowship. Together, we seek to grow in spiritual understanding and actively live out God’s love in service to others.

Our Youth and Children’s Sunday School is currently offered for home study, with weekly lessons provided below. We are committed to supporting families as they guide the next generation in their spiritual growth. 

In Sunday School, we go beyond simply learning about the Bible—we embrace its transformative power in every aspect of life. Grounded in the truth that God’s Word speaks to our deepest needs and highest aspirations, we are committed to allowing scripture to shape our thoughts, anchor us in love, and inspire us to action.

Dear Shiloh Parents,

Unit III, Life in God’s Kingdom- The unit contains four lessons from Matthew in which Jesus explains the nature and obligations of kingdom life to His disciples. In lesson 10, we contemplate what is means to pray for God to “forgive us our debts” in a world sustained by debt and obligation. Lesson 11 presents a frank acknowledgment that the kingdom of heaven will meet resistance in this world. Lesson 12 contains a promise of reward in the kingdom for those who have given up much to follow Jesus. Finally, in Lesson 13, Jesus tells a parable about the judgment to challenge His followers to serve the King faithfully.
