Communication Request Form

Thanks for taking a moment to complete the SMBC Communication Request Form! This form helps our Communications Team share your announcement clearly and on time across the right platforms (bulletin, video announcements, Spirit of Shiloh newsletter, website, and/or social media). Please provide as much detail as possible and be sure to include your preferred publish dates—then submit and we’ll take it from there.

Note: 

Please allow a minimum of 14 days’ lead time for all communication, promotional, and registration requests. Requests should be submitted at least 14 days before the date you would like communications or registration to go live.

Requests submitted within the 14-day lead time will be accommodated whenever possible; however, the requested launch date cannot be guaranteed. If additional time is needed to complete your request, the launch date will be adjusted accordingly.

Submitting requests early helps ensure adequate time for content development, review, approvals, registration setup, and promotion. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us serve our ministries with excellence.
